What to expect after an injectable procedure
Keep your head elevated and avoid vigorous exercise for four hours after treatment. Avoid rubbing the injection site because it can cause the solution to migrate. These neuromodulators typically begin to work in 3-5 days, with the full effect at about 10 days, as the facial muscles cause wrinkles to relax. As bruising can occur from any injection, make appointments at least several days before significant events. Makeup can be used to cover any bruising that may occur.
